  1. Do you have a catalog?
    Currently, we have 'virtual' catalog. All our products are displayed online, we do not have physical catalogs available.

  2. How to make a contract?
    It can be made by us after receiving your order details and email the PI back to confirm. It is requested to send it back to us with your signature.

  3. How to find out product we want?
    Inputting the keyword needed in the column, it can search automaticly related products or articles.

  4. Minimum quantity?
    Different product has different quantity request. You can contact us by email for this inquiry.

  5. Payment?
    T/T payment is accepted. Normally 50% to start the production, and balance 50% before delivery.

  6. Is any sample available?
    Yes. sample can be sent at freight collect.

  7. How about packing details?
    It depends on customer's requirements. A carton can contains 6 prs or more. Products are normally packed by polybag/pair or inner box/pair.

  8. How will my order be sent to me?
    Shipping as you require, such as by courier company, by air, or by sea.

  9. How soon after I place my order will the delivery be made?
    It can be made in 4-5 weeks after receiving the payment.

  10. I have tried to place an order through www.sobike.cn but I cannot get the order to complete. What should I do?
    Please email to sales@sobike.cn and input your message, your name and email address, along with a detailed explanation of the problem. 

  11. I've placed an order but want to cancel or change it. What should I do?
    Please email us your cancellation to sales@sobike.cn

  12. Do you accept checks? What credit cards do you accept?
    Not for now.

  13. What is the status of my order?
    You will have our feedback 24 hours after your order has been accpeted. We will contact you by return through internet.

  14. How do I change or cancel my order?
    Please contact with you contact, or email to sales@sobike.cn if you need to change your order.
